HomeMy WebLinkAbout20171163.tiffRESOLUTION RE: APPROVE CANCELLATION OF TAX LIEN SALE CERTIFICATE (TS CERT 2015- 25292) FOR PARCEL #1209-24-1-00-034 - MOBILE HOME WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has received one (1) Tax Lien Sale Certificate (TS CERT 2015- 25292) for parcel #1209-24-1-00-034 for a mobile home, from the Weld County Treasurer, and WHEREAS, the facts as set forth on the Certificate of Cancellation, marked Exhibit A, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, require the cancellation of TS CERT 2015-25292, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve the cancellation of the Tax Lien Sale Certificate (TS CERT 2015-25292) for the property described above. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the cancellation of the Tax Lien Sale Certificate (TS CERT 2015-25292), on parcel #1209-24-1-00-034, for a mobile home, by the Weld County Treasurer, be, and hereby is, approved.
