RE: APPROVE CANCELLATION OF TAX LIEN SALE CERTIFICATE (TS CERT 2015-
25292) FOR PARCEL #1209-24-1-00-034 - MOBILE HOME
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received one (1) Tax Lien Sale Certificate (TS CERT 2015-
25292) for parcel #1209-24-1-00-034 for a mobile home, from the Weld County Treasurer, and
WHEREAS, the facts as set forth on the Certificate of Cancellation, marked Exhibit A, a
copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, require the cancellation
of TS CERT 2015-25292, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve the cancellation of the
Tax Lien Sale Certificate (TS CERT 2015-25292) for the property described above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the cancellation of the Tax Lien Sale Certificate (TS CERT 2015-25292),
on parcel #1209-24-1-00-034, for a mobile home, by the Weld County Treasurer, be, and hereby
is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 26th day of April, A.D., 2017.

As the Weld County Treasurer, State of Colorado, I request authorization by resolution to cancel the Tax Lien Sale
Certificate number 2015-25292 , pursuant to CRS
According to the Treasurer's Tax Sale Records this property went to tax sale on OCTOBER 31, 2015 due to
unpaid property taxes for the tax year of 2014 .
Reason for this request is as follows: THIS MOBILE HOME WAS REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY. THE
TAXES ON SUCH PROPERTY MAY BE DETERMINED TO BE UNCOLLECTIBLE.
This Tax lien Certificate needs to be canceled. This mobile home is no longer at this location. This mobile home
was scheduled to be moved but when the moving company arrived the home was already gone. The owner and the
home cannot be located. Therefore, these taxes are non -collectable.
The assessor's office has removed this mobile home from the tax roll for 2016.
