RE: RELEASE OF LETTER OF CREDIT FOR CASA GRANDE ESTATES
SUBDIVISON, FIRST ADDITION, ISSUED BY THE NATIONAL
STATE BANK OF BOULDER, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Department of Engineering Services has
notified the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, that the maintenance required by the Weld County
Subdivision Regulations of the developer of the Subdivision
known as Casa Grande Estates, First Addition, located in
part of the West 1 of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17,
Township 2 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado, has been performed, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Engineering Services has
recommended the release of the letter of credit No. 32-04798-7
issued by the National State Bank of Boulder, Colorado, for
the account of the Miller "640" Venture, care of James H. Tull ,
general partner, securing performance in the amount of
$71, 500 . 00 by the developer of the required maintenance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado that they do hereby
direct the County Clerk and Recorder to release said letter of
credit No. 32-04798-7 , now being held by the County, in the
amount of $71, 500 . 00 to the Miller "640" Venture, care of James
H. Tull, general partner, by the National State Bank of Boulder,
Colorado.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 4th
day of October, A.D. , 1976.
