Dianna,
Darren reached out to Kersey last week. We have previously met with him regarding a specific application —
different from this as I understand it. I sent a request to Dan -en Sharp for a follow up conversation re his plans —
he sent me a response that said he will be out of town until December 16 and will follow up on his return —
vague info re the relationship between the business in the building and the outdoor storage for "equipment" and
it is unclear what portion of the site will be used for storage. Also no information regarding screening of
outdoor activity. I will follow up once I speak directly to Darren. Thank you.
