PROVIDED THAT THE PROPERTY IS NOT A LOT IN AN APPROVED OR RECORDED SUBDIVISION PLAT OR PART OF A MAP OR PLAN FILED PRIOR TO ADOPTION OF ANY REGULATIONS CONTROLLING SUBDIVISIONS IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - MATTHEW AND CARRIE CARROLL, DBA CARROLL EXCAVATION AND REPAIR, INC. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 22nd day of November, 2017, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the application of Matthew and Carrie Carroll, dba Carroll Excavation and Repair, Inc., 38754 CR 65, Galeton, CO 80622, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR17-0041, for any Use permitted as a Use by Right, Accessory Use, or Use by Special Review in the Commercial or Industrial Zone Districts (Carroll Excavation and Repair, Inc.) provided that the property is not a lot in an approved or recorded subdivision plat or part of a map or plan filed prior to adoption of any regulations controlling subdivisions in the A (Agricultural) Zone District on the following described real estate, to -wit: Part of the NW1/4 of Section 24, Township 7 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, finds that this request be approved and the matter should be continued to December 20, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to December 20, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. cc.: Pt- CCCG I Ko I Mm), c-r,C-'S), A.PPL 2017-3814 PL2504 RE: CONTINUANCE (USR17-0041) - MATTHEW AND CARRIE CARROLL, DBA CARROLL EXCAVATION AND REPAIR, INC.
