Mr. Hoskins did come to the Town of Mead to discuss his proposal prior to going to the county. Dan Dean and I met with him. We conveyed to Mr. Hoskins that the property is located outside of the Town of Mead's Urban Growth Area and that the town would not be interested in annexing the property for development. The property is also located outside of the defined development boundary between the Town of Mead and the City of Longmont, which is currently in the process of being renewed.
