RE: ESTABLISHING THE NEIGHBORHOOD TO BE SERVED, DESIGNATING A
COMMISSIONER TO MAKE ON -SITE INSPECTION AND SETTING THE HEARING
DATE CONCERNING THE APPLICATION OF RIVER GARDEN WINERY, LLC, DBA
RIVER GARDEN WINERY, FOR A VINTNER'S RESTAURANT LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, at a public
meeting on the 16th day of January, 2017, heard evidence to assist said Board in establishing
the neighborhood to be served, designating the Commissioner to make the on -site inspection,
and setting the hearing date concerning the application of River Garden Winery, LLC, dba River
Garden Winery, 9490 CR 25, Fort Lupton, CO 80621, for a Vintner's Restaurant Liquor License,
and
WHEREAS, the Board did determine that the following described area should comprise
the neighborhood to be served concerning said application, to -wit:
Sections 12, 7, 8, 13, 18, 17, 24, 19, and 20, all in Township
2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado.
WHEREAS, the Board further determined that Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer should
be designated to make the on -site inspection concerning said application, and
WHEREAS, the Board further determined that the hearing to consider said application
shall be scheduled for Wednesday, February 1, 2017, at the hour of 9:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the above described area be, and hereby is, established as the
neighborhood to be served concerning the application of River Garden Winery, LLC, dba River
Garden Winery, for a Vintner's Restaurant Liquor License.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer be,
and hereby is, designated to make the on -site inspection concerning said application.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the hearing date concerning said
application be, and hereby is, scheduled for Wednesday, February 1, 2017, at the hour of
9:00 a.m.

SUBJECT: Vintner's Restaurant Liquor License Application -
River Garden Winery, LLC, dba River Garden Winery
Our office has received an application for a Vintner's Restaurant Liquor License from River
Garden Winery, LLC, dba River Garden Winery, 9490 CR 25, Fort Lupton, CO 80621. All
application requirements have been met and all fees have been paid. Due to publication and
posting requirements, I recommend the hearing be set for Wednesday, February 1, 2017, at 9:00
a.m.
The neighborhood to be served for this license is as follows:
Sections 12, 7, 8, 13, 18, 17, 24, 19, and 20, all in Township
2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado.
