Said lease located in Section 26, Township 2 North, Range 64 West, 6th P.M., Lots
1,2,3,4,14,15, and 16, Block 16, Town of Keenesburg, Weld County CO, containing
1.204 acres ma., recorded 04/13/2015 at 11:28 am, #4098239 pages 1 thru 13.
Consent to Assign to Noble Energy, 1625 Broadway, suite 2200, Denver, CO, 80202 is
hereby requested.
