The current In Lieu Payment amount per single family unit is $1,054.20. Based on the information provided, it appears that there are plans to build 26 new homes on the proposed parcel. Therefore, an in lieu payment in the amount of $27,409.20 is due to the school district prior to approval of the recorded exemption.
