Dear Gentlemen, I am e-mailing you all because you are listed on my referral contact list. We have an application submitted for a Use by Special Review Permit for a 2nd Dwelling on the property. The 2nd Dwelling is already on the property. The dwelling was approved under a zoning permit in 2011 (under case #ZPSD11-0005) as a second dwelling for a family member or a caregiver. Under this permit—the same dwelling would be utilized —the only difference being—if this application is approved—the 2nd dwelling could be used as a rental for non-family members. No other buildings/structures are proposed. The site is located at 23462 County Road 55— Lot A of RE-1214 (located in the N2 of the SW4 of Section 3, T4N, R64W— parcel #: 105303000035). We had tentatively scheduled this for the March 7th Planning Commission hearing.
