RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO 911 EMERGENCY
TELEPHONE SERVICE AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the 911 Emergency Telephone Service
Authority Board, will soon expire, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dave Bressler be reappointed to said board
as the Emergency Medical Service — County Appointee, Alan Caldwell be reappointed as the
Sheriff Apoointee, both with terms expiring January 8, 2019, and Mike Savage be appointed to
said board as the City of Greeley Appointee, with a term to expire January 9, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Dave Bressler and Alan Caldwell be, and hereby are, reappointed with
terms to expire January 8, 2019, and that Mike Savage, be and hereby is, appointed with a term
to expire January 9, 2018, to the 911 Emergency Telephone Service Authority Board.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 8th day of February, A.D., 2017.
