HomeMy WebLinkAbout20173709.tiffRESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT, USR17-0036, FOR ANY USE PERMITTED AS A USE BY RIGHT, ACCESSORY USE OR USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW IN THE COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL ZONE DISTRICTS (STEEL FABRICATION) PROVIDED THAT THE PROPERTY IS NOT A LOT IN AN APPROVED OR RECORDED SUBDIVISION PLAT OR PART OF A MAP OR PLAN FILED PRIOR TO ADOPTION OF ANY REGULATIONS CONTROLLING SUBDIVISIONS IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - DUSTY AND KARRIE THOMAS WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 8th day of November, 2017, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the application of Dusty and Karrie Thomas, 22994 CR 30, Hudson, CO 80642, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR17-0036, for any Use permitted as a Use by Right, Accessory Use or Use by Special Review in the Commercial or Industrial Zone Districts (steel fabrication) provided that the property is not a lot in an approved or recorded subdivision plat or part of a map or plan filed prior to adoption of any regulations controlling subdivisions in the A (Agricultural) Zone District on the following described real estate, to -wit: Lot B of Recorded Exemption, RECX17-0102; being part of the SE1/4 of Section 26, Township 3 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, finds that this request be approved and the matter should be continued to December 6, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., to allow the applicant adequate time to present to the Planning Commission, which was continued to November 7, 2017.
