NOTICE OF ANNUAL STOCKHOLDERS MEETING
The regular annual meeting of the stockholders of The Rural Ditch Company will be held in
the Guaranty Bank and Trust Community Room: 401 Main Street Second Floor at 10:00 a.m.,
Thursday, FEBRUARY 9, 2017 for the purpose of electing directors for the ensuring year and the
transaction of such business as may properly come before the meeting.
