RE: GRANT OF REQUEST OF UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR FOR
THE PLACEMENT OF A GAGING STATION ON COUNTY ROAD NO. 87 AT THE
MASTERS BRIDGE ON THE SOUTH PLATTE RIVER.
WHEREAS, the United States Department of Interior has re-
quested the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colo-
rado to grant permission to install Stream Gaging Station of
approximately 4 ' x 6 ' in dimensions , near the Southwest corner
of the Masters Bridge over the South Platte River on County Road
No. 87 in Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, •the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado desire to give permission to the United States Depart-
ment of Interior for the installation of said Gaging Station.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the United States
Department of Interior be, and hereby is , given permission to
install a Gaging Station on County Road No. 87 near the South-
west corner of the Masters Bridge over the South Platte River
in Weld County, Colorado.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 29th
day of November , A. D. , 1976 .
