RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Juvenile Community Review Board will
soon expire, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Havilah Lilly be appointed to said Board as a
Law Enforcement Alternate, with a term to expire November 1, 2018, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Holly May be appointed to said Board as a
Mental Health Alternate, with a term to expire November 1, 2017, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Vanesa Bullock be appointed to said Board
as a Juvenile Services Planning Committee Representative, with a term to expire
November 1, 2018, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that David James be appointed to said Board as
a Citizen Representative, with a term to expire November 1, 2019, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Holly SIegI be appointed to said Board as
School District Representative, with a term to expire November 1, 2019, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Kristin Ogren be appointed to said Board as
a Citizen Alternate, with a term to expire November 1, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Havilah Lilly, Holly May, Vanesa Bullock, David James, Holly Slegl, and
Kristin Ogren be, and hereby are, appointed to the Juvenile Community Review Board, all with
terms to expire as stated above.
