I contacted the two following Oil and Gas companies via telephone on May 9, 2017. These
companies have active well heads (red dots) near my property as is evident using the Oil and Gas
layer on the Weld County Property Portal Map. Attached is a screenshot of this map. The
following statements document my contact with these companies:

Mr. Billadeau, related that Kerr McGee Oil & Gas Onshore LP is a subsidiary of Anadarko and
though both the subsidiary and Anadarko have wells near the property as annotated in the
attachment, they DO NOT show Mineral Ownership and they DO NOT show Lease Hold
Ownership on the above property. As a result, no mineral owner notice will be sent to Anadarko
and Subsidiary Kerr McGee Oil & Gas Onshore LP.

attachment, they DO NOT show Mineral Ownership and they DO NOT show Lease Hold Ownership
on the above property. As a result, no mineral owner notice will be sent to HRM Resources II LLC.
Additionally, no Mineral Owners or Lessees were listed in the Weld County Assessor search tool
for Section 24, Township 1, Range 66. Attached is a screenshot of this website showing no results.
Based on the above -mentioned discussions and research, no Mineral Owners or Lessees were
found for the mineral rights within S-24, T-1, R-66 including under my property. Thus, no mineral
owner notice was sent out.
