These companies have active well heads (red dots) near my property as is evident using the Oil and Gas layer on the Weld County Property Portal Map. Attached is a screenshot of this map. The following statements document my contact with these companies: Anadarko and Subsidiary Kerr McGee Oil & Gas Onshore LP 1099 18t" St, Suite 600 Denver, CO 80202 POC: Billadeau, Jake 720-929-6000 Mr. Billadeau, related that Kerr McGee Oil & Gas Onshore LP is a subsidiary of Anadarko and though both the subsidiary and Anadarko have wells near the property as annotated in the attachment, they DO NOT show Mineral Ownership and they DO NOT show Lease Hold Ownership on the above property. As a result, no mineral owner notice will be sent to Anadarko and Subsidiary Kerr McGee Oil & Gas Onshore LP.
