SUBJECT: Leased Motor Grader for Bridge Div — Bid B1800009
The Public Works Department recommends the low bid from 4 Rivers Equipment be accepted for a 36 -month
lease of one 2018 John Deere 772G motor grader (2018-2020) for the Road and Bridge Construction Division.
We would like the following options: Option A (GPS System) is included in the base price; Option B (Auto -Shift
Transmission) is included; Option D (Extended Power Train Warranty) is included; Option E (Service Calls) is
$200 per month; Option F (Lease Rate Option for 1000 Hours) is $1,465 per month; Option G (Reversing Fan)
is included; Option H (Electronic Cross Slope) is $85.00 per month. The total cost to lease one motor grader
for the lease option of 1000 hours with these options is $1,750.00 per month.
We are not purchasing the online maintenance, parts and service manuals as there is a yearly subscription fee
of $2,630.00.

OPTIONS:
A. Machine equipped with a GPS system capable of monitoring machine services hours and machine location and downloading machine operating history
and diagnostics.
B. Auto -shift transmission
C. Heated front, front lower left and front lower right window wipers with separate heat on and off switch located on the console.
D. Extended power Train Warranty to match lease hours selected per year to include Hydraulic System.(Provide detailed description)
E. Service calls for duration of the lease: the successful bidder shall bear all costs for mileage, travel time, labor, carts and service truck used in the
repairing of the motor grader leased to Weld County. Service to match lease hours selected per year. This does not include ground engaging
equipment and normally scheduled fluid and filter changes.
F. Lease Rates: 1000 hours per year —1500 hours per year.
