Bids were received and opened on July 27, 2017 for bid B1700120 Axis Cameras and ONSSI
Licenses. Three (3) bids were received ranging from $16,743.56 to $23,743.30. Attached is the
bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff has reviewed all of the bid responses. ITsavvy, LLC proposed
the lowest cost solution of $16,743.56 and meets the needed functionality documented in the
bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B1700120 Axis Cameras and
ONSSI Licenses to ITsavvy, LLC for a total amount of $16,743.56.
