I understand that the following terms are agreeable to all concerned: • 1. Two locks will be placed on the gate; one by the Stolls and one by the Rumseys and Kreigers. • 2. The Rumsey-Kreiger lock will have a key given to Bob Kula and Marvin Etchison. 3 . The Stolls will keep the keys to their lock for use in fixing fence and checking cattle. 4. The fences will remain, as they are to give the road a defined boundary, so that it can be used as a road for the parties involved. 5. It is understood that in case of emergency, the road can be used by anyone with a personal emergency. 6.
