RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY BUILDING CODE BOARD OF
APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Building Code Board of
Appeals, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jason Baker be reappointed to said board as
the Electrical representative and that Tim Swanson be reappointed to said board as the General
Contractor representative, both with terms to expire December 31, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Jason Baker and Tim Swanson, be, and hereby are reappointed to the
Weld County Building Code Board of Appeals, both with terms to expire as stated above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 27th day of December, A.D., 2017.
