Control Plan for Decadent Saint
• The 10x10 alotted space indicated on this map will be used for on premise tastings,
glass sales, and sales of closed containers for off premise consumption.
• Standard TIPS Protocol will be observed:
o All IDs will be checked to confirm that they are valid and the
patron at least 21 years of age.
o No intoxicated patrons will be served.
o Should there be an incident with an intoxicated patron,
Decadent Saint staff will attempt to intervene and keep a log
of any issues that have arisen.
• Signs will be posted near the entrance to our licensed area stating that all open
containers must remain in the area or be thrown away.
• Decadent Saint employees will be responsible for enforcing that patrons do not leave the
licensed area with tasters or glasses.
