RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO CHILD PROTECTION CITIZEN REVIEW PANEL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Child Protection Citizen Review Panel
will soon expire, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Tonijo Niccoli be reappointed to said Panel,
with a term to expire March 4, 2020, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Helen Bernsten, be reappointed to said Panel
and moved from an alternate to a regular member, with a term to expire March 4, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Tonijo Niccoli and Helen Bernsten be, and hereby are, reappointed to the
Child Protection Citizen Review Panel, both with terms to expire March 4, 2020.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of April, A.D., 2017.
