Chris,
I have updated the USR questionaire. We changed:
1. Addition of storage area
2. Addition of 40ftx60ft metal building
3. Addition of one 550 gallon fuel tank and one 10,000 gallon fuel tank. We will be
providing secondary containment on both systems.
We have updated our response for Lauren Light in the questionaire:
We will provide portable toilets to or members who will be camping for less than 6 months
per year on the property. We will provide one portable toilet for every 4 occupied camp sites.
There will be a total of 150 camp sites. Members will be responsible for removal of their
sewage from their RV's by contracted services.
We will provide 2 portable toilets for the hunters who use the property from September -
March.
We will provide 2 portable toilets for the employees who visit the site.
There is an existing outhouse on the property. This outhouse will be removed and capped.
We do not expect more than 75 camp sites to be used at one time by a member and their
family.
I have the updated map, but it is 150mb. Do you have somewhere I can upload it?

no number was provided for how many people will utilize the site. Provide the vault
permit number for the vault system and what it will be utilized for. What will the employees
use for restroom facilities? What will the hunters use for restroom facilities?

Per our conversation (with Ben Frissell) — if you plan on capping the vault (so it can no
