Tom Honn, zonning administrator planning dept,
researched the question of ownership, for payment
of tax purposes, on "Tract A" . After listening
to the tape of the hearing Mr. Honn stated the
agreement is correct as shown in the file.
Sierra Investments is responsible for the taxes
on said parcel for 3 years after date of Agreement,
(9/24/78) , if at the end of that 3 years all the
lots in 1st, 2nd & 3rd filings are not sold Sierra
Investments continues to he respondible for said
"Tract A" until such time as they are sold.
After fulfillment of the above stated portion of the
agreement Sierra Investments is to deliver to
Weld county a Warranty deed to subject "Tract A" .
Upon completion of this transaction Weld County
will assume responsibility for said "Tract A" .
