Approved by Michael Hall From: Sent: To: Subject: Follow Up Flag: Flag Status: Micheal Morelock <animalusmc@hotmail.com> Tuesday, January 31, 2017 1:27 PM Michael Hall Letter For Public Works Explaining Access Proposal Follow up Flagged To Whom it May Concern, My property (2375 Appaloosa Ave Brighton, CO. 80603) currently has one gravel drive that goes to the back (west end) of my property that we intend to keep. This drive is on the southern most end of my property. The other access currently on the property is a small gravel circle drive. This drive access the front of the home. What I am proposing to the county, is that I would like to make a new gravel drive on the north most end of my property, that would run west and turn slight left (south) into my home. This drive would be big enough for one car to enter or exit, and then closer to the house, the drive would be wider to allow a car or two to park there. Eventually, I would like this drive to dead end at a garage that we plan to build at a later date that would sit beside (or maybe attach) to our home. I would then like to abandon the current gravel circle drive. I want to pull that drive up, lay down a good sprinkler system and grass to make my side yard bigger. I would also carry the fence down continuously from the south to the north end of the property along side the road and it would only be broken at the south gravel drive that allows access to the back of the property and the proposed north gravel entry for the home. I believe this would give me more of a yard, more of a private drive, and I believe the county would also find it more aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I have also submitted pictures to the country for your review, showing the current drives, as well as the proposed drive that I would eventually like to put in. Michael Hall From: Sent: To: Subject: Follow Up Flag: Flag Status: Micheal Morelock <animalusmc@hotmail.com> Tuesday, January 31, 2017 1:27 PM Michael Hall Letter For Public Works Explaining Access Proposal Follow up Flagged To Whom it May Concern, My property (2375 Appaloosa Ave Brighton, CO.
