RE: APPROVE AMENDMENT #4 TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND
AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN - RICK DILL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with Amendment #4 to the Agreement for
Professional Services between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board
of County Commissioners of Weld County, and Rick Dill, commencing upon full execution of
signatures, and ending December 31, 2018, with further terms and conditions being as stated in
said amendment, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said amendment, a
copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Amendment #4 to Agreement for Professional Services between the
County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, and Rick Dill be and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said amendment.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 13th day of December, A.D., 2017.

AMENDMENT NUMBER FOURTO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
THIS AMENDED AGREEMENT is made by and between the County of Weld, State of
Colorado, whose address is 1150 O Street, Greeley, Colorado, 80631 ("County"), and Rick Dill
whose address is 1490 Rhode Island, Loveland, CO 80538, ("Contractor").
WHEREAS, on July 22, 2014, the County and Contractor entered into an agreement for
professional service with the term of the agreement being from July 23, 2013, to July 23, 2014,
on July 16, 2014 the agreement was extended to December 31, 2015, and on December 16, 2015
the agreement was extended to December 31, 2016, and on December 12, 2016 the agreement
was extended to December 31, 2017 and now both parties want to extend the term to December
31, 2018, with all other terms and conditions the same.
WHEREAS, County desires to continue retain Contractor as an independent contractor
to perform services as more particularly set forth below; and
WHEREAS, Contractor has the time available to timely perform the services, and is
willing to perform the services according to the terms of this Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein,
the parties hereto agree that Paragraph 2 of the agreement shall be changed as follows:
2. Term. The term of this Agreement shall be from July 23, 2013, through and until
December 31, 2018.
All other terms and conditions of the original agreement shall remain unchanged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Amended Agreement as of the
13th day of December, 2017.
