RE: APPROVAL OF SEPTIC TANK CONTINGENCY COSTS IN WATTENBERG
REHABILITATION PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, additional funds in the amount of $4, 329. 80 are
needed for the installation of septic tanks in the Wattenberg
Rehabilitation Program, and
WHEREAS, said funds shall come from the Wattenberg and
Spanish Colony Fund, and
WHEREAS, on the 23rd day of January, 1978, the Board of
County Commissioners approved a 20% contingency cost for the
Evanston, Espanola and Wattenberg Rehabilitation Programs, and
WHEREAS, said 20% contingency cost for the Evanston,
Espanola and Wattenberg Rehabilitation Programs will be used
as well as the requested additional funds of $4, 329 .80, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, deems it in the best interests of Weld County to
approve additional funds for septic tank installation in
Wattenberg.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that additional funds
in the amount of $4, 329. 80 for septic tanks in the Wattenberg
Rehabilitation Program be, and hereby are, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of
September, A.D. , 1978.
