Colorado held a public hearing on the 22nd day of August, 1979 y.
1 o at the hour of 2:00 o'clock p.m. in the Chambers of the Board '
of County Commissioners for the purpose of considering amendments .�„i '.
' '-• to Section 6.6 of the Weld County Zoning Resolution, and �y, s

6 -, WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended p.Y'; °
Yi . • I.; that Section 6.6.1. of said Zoning Resolution be amended to read :411.1

"1. A unit development shall be defined as

sent, has studied the proposed amendments to the Zoning Resolu-

order, and further deems it advisable to adopt the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the amendments to the
