$20 . 00/LF . This would require a total dollar outlay of
$4640 . 00 for 232 Front feet .
The proposed price offered by Johnstown to purchase the
property from Weld County was approximately $2] , 000 . 00 .
It is douhtful that the cost of curb , gutter and paving
would appreciate the value of the property ( $4640 . 00)
this much in the very near Future .
This department would recommend that serious consideralmu
he given to the !--N IC of this property rather than spend
$4640 . 00 . The l naintenace of the existing buildings wit ,
he substantially higher in the near Future ( I -3 Years )
and it is conceivable that we could easily have in ad-
ditional 7- 10 thousand dollars invested in this property
within the next three years .
