RE: AUTHORIZATION TO CHARGE THE WIGGINS TELEPHONE ASSOCIATION
FOR THE ACTUAL EXPENSES INCURRED BY WELD COUNTY FOR INSPEC-
TIONS AND/OR CLERICAL WORK INVOLVING THE INSTALLATION OF
TELEPHONE CABLE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Wiggins Telephone Association has received
federal funding to install 73 miles of telephone cable in the
Weld County right-of-way in the Grover area, and
WHEREAS, the Wiggins Telephone Association has requested that
in lieu of the permit fee, the County charge the Association only
for the actual expenses incurred by Weld County for inspections
and/or clerical work involving the installation of 73 miles of
telephone cable in the Grover area, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado deems it advisable and in the best interests of Weld
County to approve said request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of the
Wiggins Telephone Association, as stated above, be and hereby
is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of
October, A.D. , 1978.

The Wiggins Telephone oociation has now received its
Federal Funding to install 73 miles of telephone cable
in the Weld County right-of-way in the Grover area.
They have requested that the County fee be handled the
same way as for the Briggsdale installation which was,
by agreement with the Board of County Commissioners , to
reimburse the County for its actual cost to administer
the installation.
