Northern Colorado Geotech is currently performing a Geotechnical Engineering analysis of the soils at
the site adjacent to 626 East 18th Street in Greeley, Colorado. The general soil profile at the site
consists of silty sand that is underlain by silty sand with gravel at a depth of approximately 5 feet. The
silty sand with gravel unit extends beyond the depths explored, 15 feet. Groundwater was not
encountered to a depth of 15 feet. Although all the laboratory testing has not been completed to date,
the soils appear to be non -expansive and should be receptive to standard spread footing foundations
throughout the site.
