WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3-8 (4) (c) of the Weld
County Home Rule Charter, it shall be the duty of the Board
of County Commissioners to appoint the department heads of
county offices, departments and divisions, and
WHEREAS, the Board has determined it to be in the best
interest of Weld County to appoint a Pest Control Inspector.
It has been recommended that Arthur Briggs be appointed as
Pest Inspector.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that Arthur Briggs be,
and he hereby is appointed as Pest Inspector; and that Mr.
Briggs serve in this capacity at the pleasure of the Board.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this 2nd
day of January, 1976.
