Dear Weld County Commissioners;
Berta and Martin Gutierrez are the property owners and applicants for a 'Temporary Assembly Permit' at the
property known as 'Rancho El Caporal' which is located at: 7717 Weld County Road 31, Fort Lupton, CO
80621. They have verbally agreed to the terms as set forth by RaceDay Veterinary Services, LLC bo
provide emergent and non -emergent veterinary services at the equine event scheduled for April 7- 8, 2018
(weather permitting) with alternate dates of April 14-15, 2018 and/or April 21-22, 2018, as the event is held
outdoors.
A formal contract is in process with Berta and Martin Gutierrez and RaceDay Veterinary Services, LLC to
provide event staff of (2) Colorado licensed veterinarians for the same dates.
