Removal of USR 431 and SUP 318 from Property Portal
We can remove SUP 431 and SUP 318 from the property portal. SUP 431 was vacated by Board resolution (20163739).
SUP 318 was approved in 1977 (770265), but was never built (851573), and by 1987 was considered by the Board to
have been vacated. The Board had already approved SUP 431 in 1980 (800399) covering the same property as SUP 318,
and in 1987 approved USR 811, which included a condition of approval requiring that SUP 431 be amended to remove it
from the new RE lot on which USR 811 would be operated. There was no mention at that time of SUP 318, although the
Board could have done so, but they clearly considered it to have been vacated prior to that time. I'm happy to discuss if
you like.

Then AmSUP-431 was vacated on 12/12/2016 (see attached). In the minutes, it clearly states that vacation of this
AmSUP-431, vacates SUP -431 — However, the only referencing to SUP -318 is a note stating to refer to SUP -431 (see
attached).
My question is can we have all of these now removed from Property Portal?
