RESOLUTION 213
RE: SETTING OF ANNUAL SALARY OF WELD COUNTY ASSESSOR FOR
YEARS 2019, 2020, 2021 AND 2022
WHEREAS, Section 13-8(1) of the Weld County Home Rule Charter states that the Weld
County Council shall set the salaries of all elected officials; and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Council, has by unanimous vote, agreed that the salary of the
Weld County Assessor should be as follows:
$120,000 per year for the years 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Weld County Assessor shall be paid
$120,000 per year for the years 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 with said salary to take effect on the
first working day of each year.
The motion expressed in the above resolution was duly made, seconded and approved by
the following vote on the 22nd day of January 2018.
