Bids were received and opened on May 11, 2018 for bid B1800105 Cisco Maintenance
Renewal 2018-2019. Four (4) bids were received ranging from $118,825.43 to $194,540.96.
Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff has reviewed all of the bid responses. Insight Public Sector,
Inc. proposed the lowest cost solution of $118,825.43 and meets the needed functionality
documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B1800105 Cisco Maintenance
Renewal 2018-2019 to Insight Public Sector, Inc. for a total amount of $118,825.43.
