RE: Cable Television Notice of Rate Change
Dear Franchise Authority:
Effective January 1, 2019, the following monthly cable television rates will be adjusted:
• Starter Package will increase $2.00
• Freedom Package will increase $3.00
• Expanded Basic Package will increase $3.00
• Broadcast Fee will increase $2.39
Customers with a Price Guarantee will continue to receive credits for the core TV programing
package for the duration of their promotion. These rates are being increased due to increased costs
from our content providers.
Details of these adjustments are being provided to all customers. As always, please do not hesitate
to contact us with any questions.
