THIS DEED made this 3rd day of September, A. D. 1911, by and between The Henrylyn Irrigated
Land Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Colorado, and H. L.
Dowles,-3.4 M. Bowles and W. R. Daniels, hereinafter for brevity termed the Grantors, parties of the
first part, and The Eanrylyn Irrigation District, a municipal corporation of the Counties of Weld
and Adams in the State of Colorado, hereinafter for brevity termed the District, party of the
second part,
WITNESSETH: That the grantors, being the owners of the lands herein desoribed, hereby grant,

said section 33, township 1 north of range 65, 395 feet vest of the north quarter corner thereat
and running thence with the meanders of the canal, 3640 feet to a point on the east boundary
of said section 33, 1437 feet south of the north east corner thereof, containing 21.95 acres.
Containing in all 63.36 acres.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above bergained and described premises unto the District, its successors
and assigns forever; and the grantors hereby agree that at the time of the signing and sealing of
these presents, they are well seized of the real property aforesaid.

RELEASE OF DEED OF TRUST,
KNOW ALL N!;N BY THESE PRESENTS, That whereas Laura M. Layman & W. P. Layman of the County of
Weld in the State of Colorado, by their 'Sartain Deed of Trust, dated the 21st day of November A. D.
1905, and duly recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder of Weld County, in the State
of Colorado, on the 25th day of November A. D. 1905, in book 232 of said Weld County records, on page
64, convoyed to the Public Trustee in said Weld County, certain real estate in said Deed of Trust
described, in trust, to secure to the order of The Financial Contract Security Co., in payment of
one certain promissory note, with interest and all charges thereon, as in said Deed of Trust men—
tioned, and whereas, W. R. Patterson is now such Public Trustee: Mrs. L. F. Holmes has purchased
the property secured by the above note and trust dead and has assumed said note and trust deed.
AND WHEREAS, the said Mrs L. P. Holmes has paid and fully satisfied said note, together with all
interest and charges thereon, according to its tenor;
NOW THEREFORE, at the request of the The Financial Contrast Security Company, the beneficiary
named in said Deed of Trust and the legal holder of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust,
and in consideration of the premises, and in the further consideration of the sum of two dollars, to
me in hand paid by the said Era L. F. Holmes, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, I, W. R.
Patterson as the Public Trustee in said Weld County, do hereby remise, release and quit —claim unto
her, the said MIe L. F. Holmes and her heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title and interest
which I have in and to the said real estate, as such Public Trustee, in said Deed of Trust mentioned
and more particularly described as follows, to-rrit:
