provide service" is denoted in a Commitment Letter. For such Commitment Letter, the District shall
reserve capacity for the applied water service in the delivery system for a period of one year. AND
Review Fee: $40.00 per lot, up to a maximum of $800.00

1. Ready Mix Plant: Peak day demand is 80,000 gpd, average day (May -October) is 32,000 gpd,
average day (March, April, and November) is 16,000 gpd, average day (December -February) is 6,400 gpd
2. May through October use is estimated at 1Q500 gpd, use is estimated at 3,500 for remainder of year
3. Maximum use is 8,000 gpd, average use is estimated at 2,000 gpd April -October, and plant will
not be opperated November -March
4. Irrigation is assumed to occure outside of working hours for the site

Water Supply Information
Drinking water for the facility will be provided by a tap from North Weld County Water District. Employees will
also be provided with bottled water in the employee trucks. A will serve letter has been requested following a
meeting with District representatives. A copy of the request is included with this application.

Sewage Disposal Information
Sanitary sewage disposal will be provided with port -a -lets. Hand-sanitizer will be provided. A
septic system will be designed and prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for a
permanent building, the septic permit will be applied for and approved.
