The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 11th day of April, A.D., 2018. BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WELD COUNTY, COLORADO ATTEST: ddrAltip Weld County Clerk to the Board Deputy Clerk to the County Attorney Date of signature: S 03-x$ arbara Kirkmeyer, Pro -Tern GG : GR CeK), c c r c e c.) 05-0y-18 2018-1149 CR0030 MEMORANDUM TO: BOCC FROM: CARLY KOPPES WELD COUNTY CLERK & RECORDER SUBJECT: Gov2Go Gov2Go was developed in response to the need for citizens to be at the center of government. Instead of citizens searching for when things are due, which agency to contact or which level of government they need, the app brings together all citizens interactions with all levels of government on one platform. Weld County along with El Paso, Adams and Arapahoe will be the first in the State to offer this app to its citizens. Ryan Rose and I have been involved from the beginning starting back in 2016. The Gov2Go app is now ready to be deployed to the citizens of Weld County. The objective of the Gov2Go launch at this point is to help reduce office visits before August 1st by encouraging people to renew their vehicle licenses online. The change in credit card fees is lower than what is currently being charged by the state for citizens to use the online or in office credit card machines. Thank you, Carly Koppes Weld County Clerk and Recorder 2018-1149 ;01)30 DocuSign Envelope ID: 906AA191-071F-4D53-80A0-68F7A45132DF CI COLORADO INTERACTIVE Weld County - Motor Vehicles Weld County - Dept. of Motor Vehicles Transaction Fee Amendment Service Amendment Tracking Number 00002798 - 60 Version 1.0 03.30.2018 CONFIDENTIAL AND PROPRIETARY INFORMATION: PROPERTY OF COLORADO INTERACTIVE NOT TO BE COPIED OR DISTRIBUTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, SUBJECT TO COLORADO LAW.
