RE: APPROVE REORGANIZATION OF WELD COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF FLEET
SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has conducted an organizational
evaluation of the Weld County Department of Fleet Services, formerly outsourced to Centerra
Group, LLC, until October 1, 2017, and
WHEREAS, as a result of the organizational evaluation the Board has made the
management and legislative decision to reorganize the department, as reflected in Exhibit A,
attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Weld County Department of Fleet Services shall be organized,
effective February 5, 2018, as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of February A.D., 2018.
