We will also have hand tools, a walk behind trencher wheels barrows and boxes of stone we use. There will be appx 8 yards of composts and 8 yards of soil at times depending on the time of year. We are a small company of 4 employees and use this to store our equipment and access it during season. We would like to have the permit for year round activity in case we have n ice weather and we can work at the jobs we have. There is currently a 48ft*28ft. pole barn and a 24ft*26ft garage that is on site but not are associated with the business. The house is 81ft*28ft and is also not associated with the business. The bathrooms will not be used by e mployees because they will have a portable restroom We plan to use the property as a place where our family can gather and enjoy time away from the city. We also plan on using it for our small Landscape company Jose's Landscaping Service. We will park our equipment and have our tools there since we cannot store these items on sites. Our employees will also be going to the location to pick up the daily vehicles we use for work. 2. The application is consistent with the weld county code chapter 22 of the comprehensive plan because we plan to follow the directed guidelines. Only appx 1/3 of the property will be used as our equipment/materials yard where the remainder will keep its natural landscaped such as native grass and areas where we have landscaped. We have installed trees, shrubs and sod to ensure the property is attractive and is maintaining the agricultural area it currently has. We will be using current water and sewage systems on property. We have installed a full irrigation system to water grass and plantings on property. 3. The application is consistent with the Weld county code chapter 23 because it falls into the Home business category, 4. There are 2 agricultural land uses, 1 landscaping company land use and another small business surrounding our property. 5. Hours are Monday thru Saturday 8:00am-7:UUprn we leave our jobsites at 5pm and the extra 2 hours gives us extra time to return to the shop and unload. Saturdays on occasion we will work from 8:00am-1:00pm during the summer months 6. Total employees including owner 6. Employees show up to work and park there vehicles and then leave to the jobsite in our company trucks returning at the end of the day. There will be boxes of manufactured stone outside appx 5 of them at a time in cardboard boxes measuring 4ft*4ft*3ft 4. There will be no chemicals or pesticides stored on site 5. No fuel storage on site 6. Vehicles and equipment are washed at car washes not on site 7. No floor drains installed because all services are done at various meachanic shops such as Bobcat of the rockier, G and C equipment and Del Camino truck wash 8. We have 3 pick up trucks and 1 dump truck, 3 trailers to haul equipment and 2 bobcats. We have 3 employees. We get there at 7 am and done return until 5pm. No customers or anybody else goes to the home. Once a month we get a delivery of material. The Total people using this other than the owner is 4. There is a pole building that was there when we purchased the property which we use to store tools.
