WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission by Resolution
has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, that Chapter III, RESOURCE MANAGEMENT POLICIES, Section
C, WATER AND OTHER NATURAL RESOURCES, subsection entitled,
MINERAL RESOURCES, of said Section of the WELD COUNTY COMPRE-
HENSIVE PLAN, be amended; and
WHEREAS, said amendment to the WELD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN marked Exhibit "A", is attached hereto and made a part of this Re-
solution by reference; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners approves said amend-
ment in its entirety.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amendment to Chapter
III, RESOURCE MANAGEMENT POLICIES, Section C, WATER AND OTHER
NATURAL RESOURCES subsection entitled, MINERAL RESOURCES of said
Section of the WELD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, as shown on attached
Exhibit "A", be and the same is hereby approved and adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that subsection presently entitled,
MINERAL RESOURCES of said Section shall now be entitled, WELD COUNTY
MINERAL RESOURCES EXTRACTION PLAN until further Order of the Board.
Dated this 8th day of October, A.D. , 1975, nunc pro tunc as of
September 22, 1975.

hearing will be held in the office of the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, Weld County Health
Department Building, 1516 Hospital Road, Greeley, Colorado,
on September 22, 1975, at 10:00 A. M. for the purpose of amending
Mineral Resources Section, of the Weld County Comprehensive
Plan. All persons in any manner interested in the proposed
amendments are requested to attend and may be heard.
BE IT ALSO KNOWN that the Resolution of proposed
amendment to said Mineral Resources Section, of the Weld
