Hi Michael,
Thanks for communicating/coordinating with the applicant ahead of time! We will call this up on Monday (4/23) and
you can present the applicant's request to continue to May 2, 2018, due to the desire for a full Board to be present. I
would like to error on the side of caution and ask that he submit a brief email requesting the continuance for the reason
stated, which would then eliminate the need for him to attend and give the Board a sense of due process. The setting of
9:00 vs. 10:00 is at the Board's discretion, so we'll just have to follow up with him on that point after the meeting, but
staff can certainly request 9:00 in an effort to get an early start, considering we have 3 more land use hearings docketed
for 10:00.

I talked to Kyle this morning. He would like to reschedule the case for Wednesday May 2 when all the commissioners are
here.
Would this be a 9am or 10am hearing? Either way, is there a way to put the case as the first planning case to be heard?
Also, can you confirm he does not have to come to the hearing this Monday to request the continuance?

I would not recommend 5/9 because we continued the other contentious case for Fullmer to that date. Ideally he should
go with Monday since there are no issues....

5/9 — All but Freeman are here, there are three other cases as well.
5/16 — All five here, but we do have the Bonilla Amendment.
I am guessing his case would go first on any of these dates?
If he calls and prefers to continue to one of these dates, he does not even need to come in on Monday.
