We will call this up on Monday (4/23) and you can present the applicant's request to continue to May 2, 2018, due to the desire for a full Board to be present. I would like to error on the side of caution and ask that he submit a brief email requesting the continuance for the reason stated, which would then eliminate the need for him to attend and give the Board a sense of due process. The setting of 9:00 vs. 10:00 is at the Board's discretion, so we'll just have to follow up with him on that point after the meeting, but staff can certainly request 9:00 in an effort to get an early start, considering we have 3 more land use hearings docketed for 10:00. I am guessing his case would go first on any of these dates? If he calls and prefers to continue to one of these dates, he does not even need to come in on Monday.
