Dear Commissioners:
I have had the pleasure of working closely with Ruth Kelley over the past
211 years, and wanted to bring to your attention the extremely fine job
she is doing for the County. I know that handling the employees' Group
Insurance is not her only responsibility, but due to the large growth in
employees, it must take a great deal of her time.
I just want to say that a lot of the credit for the success of the County's
Health Plan with Pacific Mutual is due to the excellent job of administra-
tion, handling of claim questions, etc. , that Ruth Kelley has done. We
wish to express our thanks to Ruth for helping Pacific Mutual do a better
job for the County.
