SUBJECT: One -Ton Pickup w/Utility Box, Bid B1800019
The Public Works Department recommends awarding the bid to the lowest bidder, Weld County Garage, for
one, One -Ton Pickup with Utility Box at a cost of $43,783.00.
We would like Option #1 (Bug Shield) at a cost of $118.00; Option #2 (Front and Rear Mud Flaps) at a cost of
$163.00; Option #3 (Extended Metal Running Boards) at a cost of $525.00; Option #5 (100 Gallon Fuel Tank)
at a cost of $1,270.00; Option #6 (In Cab Outlet) at a cost of $150.00 and Option #7 (Daytime Running Lights)
which is standard.
The cost for one, One -Ton Pickup with Utility Box from Weld County Garage with the above options is
$46,009.00.
Maintenance and service manuals are available online at no cost.
There is $50,000 budgeted for this purchase.
