Traffic Engineering Self -storage is non -intensive traffic generator. Within the same area of land, a residential neighborhood would generate more traffic than a self -storage facility. Similarly, an office commercial building would generate more than 3.5x the trips per day than a self -storage facility. Self -storage provides a great solution to concerns about traffic in quiet neighborhoods. They were not referenced anywhere in the application other than as an emergency contact, but for all intents and purposes, they are who should be answerable in the event there are complaints, not the Seltzers. The way it was presented was similar to a property owner who has an oil and gas operator leasing and operating the site. I'm wondering if there is some sort of operating agreement that should be added to make this a "c/o" situation in the Resolution, which would address Commissioner Kirkmeyer's concerns as to the involvement of the Seltzers being a financial partner only.
