Dear Sir: • Replying to your letter relative to road notices, I wish to say that the last notices mailed to you dated under date of July 10th . are altogether different from any notices sent to you heretofore. This notice is to inform the public that a certain road petitioned for was on the 10th day of July. granted by the Board of County Commissioners. she notices sent to you heretofore wore to be posted for the purpose of informing the public that a certain line of road would be viewed at a certain time. It is necessary to publish all of these notices. Final action has now been taken on the road referred to and the matter is closed so there need not be any more notices posted after the last ones were mailed to you. To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of------ Weld __- County, Colorado: GENTLEMEN: Your Viewers appointed on the 12th .__.._day of. ___._Allay___ 191 7___to view a County Road prayed for in a certain petition presented to your honorable body on the above named day and date, a copy of which has been received by us,viz: Commencing at The North side of Township ten North of Range Sixty-one West of the 6th P. M. , Colorado , between sections four and five, thence South on the section line between these two sections across Townships Ten, Nine and into Township Eight, between the sections 4 and 5 and 8 and 9 and 17 and 16 and 20 and 21. ending at the said Southeast corner of section 20 in Township Eight, North of Range Sixty-one West of the 6th P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, making a road North and South sixteen miles long; and this road tow is all open to travel and all abutting land has been given. All that is necessary is for your Honorable Body to go view same and proclaim said road a county road. and this we pray that you will do immediately. P. S.--At a regular meeting of the Grover Commercial Club, on Monday, September 4th, this road petition was brought before that Body and they by unanimous vote have and does fully reccomend to the County Commissioners, that this road is a good natural road, level and all good soil, and that it will accommodate a great many people in this country and that they trust the Commissioners will open same at an early date.
