RESOLUTION
RE: ADOPTION OFAMENDMEN'PSTO THE WELD COUNTY ZONING RESOLUTION
WHEREAS , the: Board of County Commissioners of Weld County ,
Colorado , pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado , and
WHEREAS , on July 19, 1978 , the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado held a public hearing to consider pro-
posed amendments to Section 3. 3. 11 . 4 of the Weld County Zoning
Resolution, and
WHEREAS , the Board heard the testimony and statements of those
present, and heard and considered the recommendations of the
Weld County Planning Commission formulated on July 18 , 1978 , and
WHEREAS, the Board finds that it is in the best interests
of the citizens of Weld County to adopt the proposed amendments
as reviewed by the Weld County Planning Commission with one (1)
amendment for clarification.
NOW, THEREFORE, Bh IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado that Section 3 . 3 . 13. 4 of the Weld
County Zoning Resolution, be and hereby is, amended by the addi-
tion of the following uses to the list of special uses found in
said section :
1. Forage dehydration facility
2. Animal manure and/or animal by-products dehydration facility
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded , adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of
July, A.D. , 1978 .
