Subject: 3MJUSR18-95-1092 - Opal Foods
Since this proposal is off of the state highway system, our concerns would be with the intersections
of WCR 73/SH 52 and WCR 73/Roggen interchange. The increase of traffic at either intersection
will probably not be greater than 20%, so CDOT would not have the warrant necessary to re-
evaluate the intersection.
CDOT has no comment.
