In review of the bid responses that were received for the 2018 Patrol AWD Pursuit Sedans (Qty 11 chgd
to 12), the bid from Spradley Barr Ford Greeley meets the needs of the Sheriff's Office and bid
specifications. John Elway Chrysler Dodge (Greeley) was the low bid; however, the bid does not meet
specifications or needs of the Sheriff's Office.
Subsequently, there was a patrol vehicle that was involved in an accident and totaled; so the quantity
needed now is 12. The Spradley Barr Ford Greeley Bid was for $28,406.00 each sedan or a total of
$340,872.00 for twelve (12).
It is the recommendation of the Sheriff's Office to award the bid for the 12 patrol vehicles to the low
bidder who met specifications to Spradley Barr Ford of Greeley in the amount of $340,872.00.

In review of the bid responses that were received for the 2018 Patrol AWD Pursuit Sedan (qTY-11),
the bid from Spradley Barr Ford Greeley meets the needs of the Sheriff's Office and bid
specifications. The Spradley Barr Ford Greeley bid is $312,466.00. John Elway Chrysler Dodge
(Greeley) was the low bid, howeverthe bid does not meet specifications or needs of the
Sheriffs Office. The difference in bids is $28,888.00.
